Mostly good, minor delivery hiccup

i think it's a standard 14-day return window, maybe 30. as long as you don't trash it, you're usually fine.

Thinking MacFinder vs. Back Market for a refurbished MacBook Pro. Anyone got experience with both? Which is better?

I've used both. MacFinder's warranty felt more solid to me, and their grading system for conditions was really clear. Back Market is good too, but sometimes it felt a bit more of a crapshoot with who the actual seller was.

MacFinder generally seems to have slightly better quality control and customer service in my experience. Back Market is fine for some things, but for a Mac, I'd lean towards MacFinder.

I read somewhere they use Apple-trained technicians, or at least people very experienced with Apple hardware. Definitely not just some random person.
